Who we are

Parsix ("we", "us", "our") operates parsix.io, a financial reporting automation tool. We are based in Melbourne, Australia.

What we collect

We collect your name, email address, and organisation name when you create an account. When you connect your Xero account, we receive an OAuth token that allows us to read your accounting data. We also store the Excel templates you upload.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide the Parsix service — connecting your accounting software to your Excel templates and generating reports. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

Where your data is stored

Your data is processed and stored using the following services:

• Railway (United States) — application hosting and database
• Cloudflare R2 (United States) — file storage for templates and reports
• Resend (United States) — transactional email delivery
• Sentry (United States) — error monitoring
• Anthropic (United States) — AI processing for account mapping

By using Parsix, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the United States by these providers.

Data security

All connections use HTTPS. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard authentication and do not store your Xero password.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. If you delete your account, we will remove your data from our systems.
